Can I really claim this ??

Recommended Posts

I have just checked my online account and found a £20 charge for the 21/03, 22/03 and i assume there will be one for today.

As a result i have traced back my online statements as far as i can and i have found 9 charges totalling £188 since the 19th may last year.

Some of these charges were for me going £2 over my account. I used to jaut accept this, but having a £20 charge every day for the past 3 days is outragous!

Ive heard of people claiming chrages back, but im not sure how to go about it.

Do i have a case to get these charges back?

What do i have to do?

Any help will be appreciated.
