Help ....

I am filling out the forms to start Small Claims proceedings (the first of many) and am not sure who to put in the Name and address of person against whom claim made (defender) - so far, I have been dealing with Customer Services in Leeds and this has been the department to make me payment offers - so are they lucky ones named on the form or do I have to take it back to Branch level?

Thanks

BoS-sm claim1 return date 23.11.06

Guest BlueRuby

For the name just put the name of the Bank ie RBS or BOS whichever it is :) For the address, use the registered address but not the Scottish one, unless you live in Scotland ;), see the Stickies at top of forum. Hope that helps.

I used my local branch and quoted the managers name. It set the ball rolling no problems.

Good luck and hold your nerve.
